Applemint: this unique variety of mint has fuzzy leaves and sweet apple undertones.

Calendula: an ancient flower cultivated by the Romans, used medicinally for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Calendula also contains vitamin C, and can help regulate female hormones.

Lemongrass: native to tropical Asia, contains vitamins B and C. Also a natural antiseptic and very effective diuretic.

Lemon Verbena: native to South America with a spicy-citrus flavor, this plant is recommended for easing nausea and nervous stomachs.
