Who Designed My Logo?

Reflecting back on when I got the farm started in 2020, one of the exciting parts of starting a new business is choosing a name and logo! I asked friends and family to help me find the perfect name, but for the logo, I knew I wanted to hire my artist sister to design one for me! It was a fun process: she started out by sketching several different teapot/kettle options….

Once I chose a teapot shape, then I had to decide which variety of herbal tea should be sprouting out of the pot: Tulsi (left), or Lemon Verbena (right)?

I was pretty happy with the final product. 🙂

Although Rebecca is an incredible artist, she is a wildlife biologist and professional bird guide by trade! And now I will put in a side-plug for her, because my sister really is that cool: she and her husband Chris lead bird tours literally all over the world! AND Rebecca also does freelance nature art, creating masterpieces that can be used for nature articles, brochures, or even just hanging in your home! Click the link above for more info about her bird tour trips, and contact me if you would like to get in touch with her about her art!
